Nice location and modern accommodation. Walkable to many restaurants, shops and local attractions. Really appreciated luggage storage option at booking office around the corner.

This is a lovely, spacious apartment. Be aware that there is no lift, so apartments above the ground floor pose a problem for any with mobility, heart or breathing issues, as well as for those with baby strollers or lots of gear. Also note that the welcome washer/dryer is not designed to fully dry clothes, just to get them part way to dry.

Great location, close to all things Edinburgh! Good communication prior to arrival, no keys needed, use of key code to enter main door and room door. Lots of room, extremely clean and all the amenities you need. No elevator, so there is the possibility of hiking up 2-3 floors to your room. Great alternative to hotel!

The apartment has everything you need. Very clean and a modern contemporary style. Customer service was very good and provided all check in information before I arrived. Love that you enter the building and apartment with a code. No keys involved. Just to note, my apartment was on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. So do inform them if you need a more accessible apartment. My 5 year old enjoyed counting the stairs up (60 steps in total). Highly recommend and would use again when visiting Edinburgh.

Fantastic apartment, easy access. Apartment was very big and bright with views north to Leith and The Forth Bridge. Kitchen was well equipped, lounge seating was spacious and comfortable and the whole apartment was clean. Bed was comfortable. Bedroom / bathroom would have benefited a shelf or space for toiletries. Overall, fantastic place, easy to walk to the main city highlights. Recommended.

Stayed in one of the 2 bedroomed Q apartments. Lovely and spacious, nice and clean, all the accessories/ equipment you would need in a kitchen/ living area. Really well situated to access everything in the city. ( Harry Styles at murrayfield about 40 min walk). Lots of bars and eateries nearby, small tesco and sainsburys nearby to buy essentials. Have previously booked a small one bedroom apartment for parents to attend the tattoo which was equally as nice. Definately recommend.

Loved our 2 bedroom apartment in Q-Residence. Excellent location, big rooms and was spotless, with very nice decor (looked like it had been decorated very recently). Very well appointed, didn't need to bring much with us as everything has been thought of! Great being able to relax after a day out in such a pleasant space, yet only a few minutes walk from everything. Parking was the only slight issue, we couldn't book the apartment space for the whole duration of our visit so had to move our car halfway through. Book early and get the space! Would definitely stay in the apartments again, and very reasonable for the standard of accommodation. Staff were always very helpful on the phone too.
